1. General Information

Her Bloom Story is a Toronto-based floral studio offering fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, floral gifts, and customized floral services.

We reserve the right to update our products, services, pricing, and website content as needed.

2. Products & Availability

All our floral arrangements are handcrafted using fresh, seasonal flowers.

Due to the natural characteristics and seasonal availability of flowers, each arrangement may vary slightly from the product images displayed on our website.

We may substitute unavailable flowers with varieties of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall colour palette, style, and design as closely as possible.

Product images are intended as references for the general style, size, and appearance of our arrangements.

3. Orders & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), unless otherwise stated.

Applicable taxes and delivery fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Orders are subject to availability and confirmation. If we are unable to fulfill an order, we will contact you to discuss available alternatives or arrange an appropriate refund.

Payments must be completed through the payment methods available at checkout.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Her Bloom Story offers local flower delivery to eligible areas in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), as well as pickup by arrangement.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including the recipient's name, address, phone number, and any relevant delivery instructions.

Delivery dates and time windows are subject to availability. While we make every effort to fulfill orders within the selected delivery window, unforeseen circumstances, such as severe weather, traffic, or other events beyond our reasonable control, may cause delays.

If a delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information or an unavailable recipient, additional delivery charges may apply.

Pickup orders must be collected at the confirmed location and within the arranged pickup window.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, floral purchases are generally considered final sale.

Cancellation or modification requests should be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date.

Requests made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund if flowers have already been sourced or arrangements have entered production.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Custom & Wedding Floral Orders

Custom floral designs, wedding flowers, and event floral services may require additional consultation, preparation, and advance flower sourcing.

Specific pricing, deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and other requirements will be communicated through individual quotations or service agreements.

Where a separate written agreement applies, its specific terms will govern the relevant custom or event order, subject to applicable law.
